The competency hearing set for March 31, 2008, at 1:30 p.m. is 17 continued until May 8, 2008 at 9:30 a.m. The trial currently set for May 6, 2008, is continued to 18 June 3, 2008 at 8:30 a.m. The motion deadline is extended until May 9, 2008. 19 This Court specifically finds that the ends of justice served by granting a continuance 20 outweigh the best interests of the public and the Defendant in a speedy hearing and trial.
