Defense counsel has contacted the Assistant United States Attorney 21 22 Emory Hurley, and the government has no objection to the continuance but requests 23 that this Court not set the hearing for Tuesday, March 20, 2007. 24 It is expected that excludable delay under Title 18 U.S.C. §3161(h)(1)(F) 25 26 27 28 will occur as a result of this motion or from an order based thereon. //// //// ////
