MOTION TO RESCHEDULE EVIDENTIARY HEARING Assigned to the Honorable James A. Teilborg

At the Admit/Deny Hearing in the above-captioned proceeding, the Court scheduled the evidentiary hearing in this matter for July 25, 2007 at 10:30 a.m. Undersigned counsel believed that he had no scheduling conflict on that date. After returning to the office however, I discovered that the 25th of July is the date upon which my wife and I are scheduled to fly to the East Coast. We will be in the Massachusetts and New York area on that date through Monday, July 30. I will then be in Colorado for the wedding of our daughter from August 1 through August 10, 2007.
