ORDER

IT IS ORDERED that all counsel appear at a Status Conference on Monday,

April 16, 2007 at 1:15 PM in Phoenix, Arizona (Arizona time).

Each of these cases

affects the docketing of the other cases. Therefore, no counsel shall be excused until the proceedings are concluded. No substitution of counsel will be permitted. Because this is a status conference, it will not be necessary for the defendants to appear in person. If counsel reside out of Maricopa County or out of state, they may appear telephonically for this status conference by contacting Deputy Clerk, Teddy Bengtson, at 602-322-7231 and making such request prior to the hearing. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that counsel be prepared to discuss: (1) Whether the case will proceed to trial or be resolved by a plea; (2) Whether either party will seek a

continuance and if so, the reasons for a continuance; (3) What motions, if any, can be resolved by stipulation of counsel; (4) What additional motions, if any, will be filed and need to be resolved; and (5) Whether either party has filed or anticipates filing motions in limine. If a change of plea for a defendant has been scheduled or a motion to continue trial has been granted before the status conference, the status hearing will be vacated as to that defendant. In multi-defendant cases, any motion to continue trial must be a joint motion and include the position of all defendants and the Government.
