under the I.A.D.: also the Sixth Amendment's Speedy Trial_Clause,

Arizona fiIed an indictment charging 21 USC §846. §841(a)(1) V

l to Distribute Marijuana (Count 1), 18 USC §1956(h), Conspiracy U ’
to Commit Money Laundering (Count 2), 18 USC §&, Misprision

of a FELONY (Count 3), and 21 USC §853, Forfeiture Allegation, If
