Jesse Rothchild Moore, through undersigned counsel, joins in Defendant Fuentes' Motion for Electronic Transcripts filed electronically on October 4, 2005. As this Court is unaware, undersigned counsel did not represent Mr. Moore at trial, but is the appointed appellate counsel. Accordingly, undersigned counsel has already obtained a paper copy of the trial transcripts for purposes of reviewing the trial proceedings and preparing Mr. Moore's brief on appeal. However, as pointed out by counsel for Mr. Fuentes, an electronic copy of the transcript will aid undersigned counsel in the preparation of the brief by making it more efficient to search through the transcript for purposes of citation and quoting selected material. Thus, Mr. Moore joins the request to have the court order that undersigned counsel also receive the entire transcript on CD or, alternatively, that any costs be paid through the finance department of the U.S. District Court, District of Arizona. ///
