17 Defendant has admitted allegations contained in Government‘s Petition for Revocation of
18 Supervised Release.
19 The Court has considered the U.S. Sentencing Commission Chapter Seven policy statements
20 as well as the original guideline range and the report and any attachments. The Court finds
21 supervised release should be revoked.
22 IT IS ORDERED revoking defendant‘s supervised release.
23 IT IS ORDERED committing defendant to the custody of Bureau of Prisons for a term of
24 Time Served. Upon release, defendant will serve a term of supervised release for Twelve (12)
25 months, under the Standard Conditions adopted in General Order 05-3 6, with the following special
26 conditions: I

1 l. You shall participate as instructed by the probation officer in a program of substance abuse
2 treatment which may include testing for substance abuse. You shall contribute to the cost
3 of treatment in an amount to be determined by the probation officer.

5 2. You shall submit your person, property (including but not limited to computer, electronic
6 devices, and storage media), residence, office, or vehicle to a search conducted by a ‘
7 probation officer, at a reasonable time and in a reasonable manner.

9 3. You shall provide the probation officer access to any requested financial information.

ll 4. You are prohibited from making major purchases, incurring new financial obligations, or
12 entering into any financial contracts without the prior approval of the probation officer.

14 5. You shall abstain from all use of alcohol or alcoholic beverages.

16 6. You shall participate as instructed by the probation officer in a parenting pro gramfparenting
17 classes. You shall contribute to the cost of treatment in an amount to be determined by the
18 probation officer. n

20 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding the defendant to the custody of United States
21 Marshal for processing . Defendant advised of right to appeal.
