. 14 ON motion of plaintiff for a Final Order of Forfeiture and the Court determining that
15 there is no just reason for delaying entry of a Final Order of Forfeiture; and the Court, having
16 entered a Judgment in a Criminal Case on March 22, 2005, which forfeited all interest of the
17 defendant, Vamell Nichols in the following properties, as listed in Attachment 1.
18 AND, the Court further finding from an examination ofthe record herein that the United
19 States, on April 14, April 21 and April 28, 2005, published notice in the Arizona Business
20 Gazette, of this forfeiture and the intent ofthe United States to dispose ofthe personal property
2] in accordance with the law, and further notifying all third parties of their right to petition the
22 Court within thirty (30) days for a hearing to adjudicate the validity of their alleged legal interest
23 in the property; I
p 24 AND, it appearing from the record that no other claims, contested or otherwise, have been
25 filed for the aforesaid personal property, the time allowed has expired and plaintiff is entitled
26 to judgment of forfeiture with respect to the interests of all other persons. I
27 IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that all right, title and interest to the
` 28 following personal property, as listed in Attachment l.

1 is hereby forfeited to the United States of America, in accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 924(d) and 28 U.S.C.
2 § 2461; i
3 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the United States District Court shall retain jurisdiction in this
4 case for the purpose of enforcing this Order; and ‘
5 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall forward a certified copy of
6 this Order to the United States Attorney’s Office, Attn.: Lisa Roberts, 40 N. Central Avenue,
7 Suite 1200, Phoenix, AZ 85004-4408. I
8 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and I
9 Explosives is directed to dispose of the forfeiture according to law.
