11 24, ask you if you recognize that document? .
12 A. Yes, sir.
13 Q. When did you first go see an attorney about
,14 what was happening at the Mills?
· 15 A. I saw my attorney the very day, and I remember
16 this date because it’s a date that still lives with me.
17 I saw an attorney the very day I argued for more than 30
18 minutes with Julia over the phone about whether or not
19 they had cashed a check that I was holding the canceled
20 checks in my hand.
21 This letter they dispatched by certified
22 mail on the 12th of April. I received it on, I think, I
23 believe on Saturday. And that Monday morning, whatever
24 the date was, was the day I was talking to Julia. And
i 25 that was the day my anger took me to say something has
