Final judgment having been entered, Plaintiff filed a Bill of Costs on September 25, 2007, seeking the taxation of $3,733.94. Court Reporter Fees - Pursuant to Local Rule LRCiv 54.1 (e)(3), of the $3,431.54 claimed, only $1,454.25 is allowed. (No Expedited, Appearance Fee, ASCII or Surcharge allowed.)
