18 The Xeba Bankruptcy remains active. Counsel of record for Xeba has spoken with
19 Lisa Banen, co—counsel for the bankruptcy Trustee, regarding the status of the proceeding.
20 Ms. Banen advises that the Trustee is in the process of liquidating the assets of the Estate. N
21 At this stage in the proceeding, the only remaining claim is to collect an account
22 receivable, and it is in litigation. Ms. Banen reports that claims against the Debtor will be
23 paid in the order of priority. There will be administrative claims, and secured creditor
24 Comerica asserts a security interest in the accounts receivable. Phillips Components has
