l .Great as usual. My only comment is regarding the discussion of the settlement negotiations starting on page 17.
I would rework that to put it in chronological order. I am going to borrow from the discussion about the mediation,
_ but your- Memo does not say when that mediation took place. I think the court should know it was 12/04. Also,
= you stated at p. 22 that you have an AV from the state bar. it would be Martindale Hubbell wouldn’t it?
Q I also did not apportion the fees to defense of particular claims. Do you think I need to do that'? .
