in accordance with this Court's Order Re: Petition No. 2, and pursuant to the discussion with counsel on October 31, 2003: NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED approving and the Receiver is authorized to pay from the Receivership Assets eighty percent (80%) of the fees and expenses requested for the Receiver, Warfield & Company, and Guttilla & Murphy PC in the Receiver's Petition No. 85. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED approving and the Receiver is authorized to pay from the Receivership Assets one hundred percent (100%) of the fees and expenses requested for A & A Investigations, LLC in the Receiver's Petition No. 85.
