ORDER
Pursuant to Defendant's motion to continue, the Government not objecting, and good cause shown therein, to wit: Defendant needs more time for a proper presentation of mitigation evidence. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Defendant's motion to continue is granted and continuing the Re-sentencing, in this matter to March 20, 2006, at 2:00 p.m. This Court specifically finds that the ends of justice served by granting a continuance. This finding is based upon the Court's conclusion that the failure to grant such a continuance would deny the Defendant the reasonable time necessary for effective preparation of the sentencing issues, taking into account the exercise of due diligence. DATED this 1st day of March, 2006.
