IT IS FURTHER ORDERED sentencing defendant to a term of ONE (1) YEAR Supervised Release upon defendant's release from custody. SUPERVISED RELEASE Within 72 hours of release from custody of the Bureau of Prisons, you shall report in person to the Probation Office in the district to which you are released. You shall comply with the standard conditions of supervision adopted in General Order 05-36 and the following additional special conditions: 1. You shall participate in a mental health program as directed by the probation officer which may include taking prescribed medication. You shall contribute to the cost of treatment in an amount to be determined by the probation officer. You shall abstain from all use of alcohol or alcoholic beverages. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED dismissing the remaining allegations of the Petition to Revoke dated August 11, 2006. Defendant is advised of his right to appeal. DATED this 30th day of March, 2007.
