16 A petition for revocation of supervised release having been tiled and hearings held
17 with the defendant and counsel present, and the defendant having previously admitted
18 violation of standard condition #9,
19 IT IS ORDERED revoking the defendant's supervised release and the defendant,
20 Likishe Kelly, shall be committed to the custody of the Bureau of Prisons for a term of
21 EIGHT (8) MONTHS.
22 ITIS FURTHER ORDERED upon release from the Bureau of Prisons, defendant is
23 placed on supervised release for a period of THIRTY-SIX (36) MONTHS less the number
24 of days previously spent in custody
25 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED the defendant shall pay a $100.00 special assessment,
26 with credit for monies paid to date.

l IT IS FURTHER ORDERED affirming standard conditions of supervision adopted
2 by the Court in General Order 04-1 1 previously imposed. The Defendant shall comply with
3 the following additional conditions:
4 1. You shall participate as instructed by the probation officer in a program of substance
5 abuse treatment which may include testing for substance abuse. You shall contribute
6 to the cost of treatment in an amount to be determined by the probation officer.
7 During the period of supervised release, defendant's drug testing is to specifically
8 include screening for PCP and testing is to occur at least four times a month. The
9 probation officer is directed that any missed or positive tests shall result in the filing
10 of a Petition to Revoke Supervised Release.
11 2. You shall submit your person, property (including but not limited to computer,
12 electronic devices, and storage media), residence, office, or vehicle to a search
13 conducted by a probation officer, at a reasonable time and in a reasonable manner.
14 3. You shall provide the probation officer access to any requested financial information.
15 4. You are prohibited from making major purchases, incurring new financial obligations,
16 or entering into any financial contracts without the prior approval ofthe probation
17 officer.
18 5. You are prohibited from owning, maintaining or using a firearm.
19 6. You shall not be involved with gang activity, possess any gang paraphemalia or
20 associate with any person affiliated with a gang.
21 7. You shall abstain from all use of alcohol or alcoholic beverages, which includes not
22 going into any establishment where the primary item sold is alcohol.
23 The defendant is remanded into the custody of the United States Marshal’s Service.
