The above-referenced matter has been set for an admit/deny hearing on 12/18/06. Counsel and the probation office are hereby notified that this is a "transcript case"1 and therefore defense counsel is directed to contact Beth Stephenson at 602-322-7106 or

[email protected], to arrange for payment prior to delivery of a copy of the transcript of the sentencing and/or disposition hearings previously held. Defense counsel is directed to provide copies of the transcripts to probation and the US Attorney's Office. Counsel are then to confer with each other and the probation officer regarding how they propose to proceed with this case and any proposed resolution. Counsel are further directed to file a proposed resolution report with the Court no later than two days before the above-scheduled hearing or contact the Court for an informal conference to be held no later than two days before the above-scheduled hearing.
