Effective December 1, 2006, Local Rule E.D. Ky. LBR 9014-1 is hereby amended to read as follows: RULE 9014-1. HEARINGS ON MOTIONS Refer to the calendar posted at www.kyeb.uscourts.gov for the current hearing dates for each division and judge. Motions, objections or applications that have not been resolved by or cannot await resolution by the notice and opportunity for a hearing process, including responses to any such motions, objections or applications, shall be noticed for hearing as follows: Ashland Division All matters at 10:30 a.m.
