While much of this information is contained on the Court's website, I convey it to you for immediate use. · CM/ECF Conversion - On February 23, 2009, the Court will be live on CM/ECF Release 3.3.1. Information about the changes can be found at (LINK HERE) http://pacer.psc.uscourts.gov/documents/cmecf/relnotes/bankruptcy_3.3.pdf Noticing Changes - Several changes become effective this month. Software has been enhanced to support printing and mailing of documents in landscape format in addition to portrait format. The mailing of duplicate notices to joint debtors at the same address will be eliminated; a jointly addressed notice to joint debtors at the same address will be sent instead.
