The Probationer was brought before t e Court on October 11, 2005, for
alleged violations of probation set forth in th Probation Form 12 filed with this Court on
September 23, 2005 and was represented by ourt appointed counsel David Dhillip Russell
and given the opportunity to be heard.
The Court found that II/ls. Redente ha violated the conditions of probation as
cited in the Probation Form 12. This finding as based on her admission alt the hearing
that she had violated the cited condition. The earing was contiinued to allow I\/ls. Redente
to opportunity to secure an apartment, contin e employment and attend substance abuse
treatment.
Having satisfied the Court’s requirem nts, the Court continues I\/Is. Redente on
probation with the original conditions of prob tion remaining in effect.
