NOTICE OF FINAL REPORT - INDEPENDENT ADMINISTRATION
Attached to this notice is a copy of the report filed by the independent representative for this estate in order that the estate be closed and the independent representative discharged. If no objection to the attached report is filed with the court within 42 days after the date the report was filed, the independent representative will be discharged and the estate closed. In the absence of fraud, accident, or mistake, the order discharging the independent representative and declaring the estate closed is binding on all persons to whom this notice is given.

NOTE: This notice must be mailed within 14 days after the filing of the report.
