You have been summoned and Ordered to appear at the Domestic Relations Court of Butler County in the Government Services Center at second floor, 315 High Street in Hamilton, Ohio consistent with the date and time set out in the attached motion. IF YOU FAIL TO APPEAR, THIS COURT MAY: · · Issue an Order for your arrest Issue an Order for the payment of support by withholding an amount from your personal earnings or by deducting an amount from your other assets.

YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO COUNSEL. The Court may REFUSE TO GRANT A CONTINUANCE at the time of the hearing for the purpose of obtaining counsel if you fail to make a good faith effort to hire or to obtain court appointed counsel.
