IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the court will not waive the prisoner's appearance.1 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Sacramento County Sheriff shall detain said state prison inmate in the Sacramento County Jail daily thereafter as required by the court until his presence for testimony is no longer required.
