I understand that it is alleged that I was under the age of 21 at the time I was arrested for an offense involving one of the following: a. b. c. d. e. f. Violations involving a vehicle related alcohol offense. Public intoxication. Vehicular manslaughter. Violations involving controlled substances. Violations involving dangerous drugs. Violations involving the purchase or possession of alcohol, or offering false ID to purchase alcohol by a minor.

I understand that in addition to the consequences of my guilty plea set forth in the advisement, waiver, and plea form I completed, that my driver's license shall be suspended for one year as a result of my conviction and that I must surrender my license to the court. I understand that if I do not have a valid driver's license at the time of my conviction, the Court shall order the Department of Motor Vehicles to delay issuing a license to me for one year after I become eligible to drive. If I have no other conviction for any offenses specified above in a 12 month period after this conviction, I may petition the Court to modify the order delaying issuance of a driver's license. I understand that for each successive offense specified above, the Court shall suspend my license, or delay my eligibility to receive a driver's license for an additional year. I understand that I may petition the Court to impose a restricted license based on a critical need to drive. I understand the information regarding these additional consequences of my guilty plea in this case. I understand that if I have any questions, I may ask my lawyer or the judge.

Entiendo que se alega que yo tenía, menos de 21 años de edad cuando fui arrestado por una ofensa involucrando uno de los siguientes: a. b. c. d. e. f. Violación involucrando un vehículo y una ofensa relacionada con alcohol. Estar tomado en vía pública. Homicidio vehicular. Violaciones involucrando substancias controladas. Violaciones involucrando drogas peligrosas. Violaciones involucrando la compra, ofrecer identificación falsa para comprar, o ser un menor de edad teniendo alcohol en su persona.

Entiendo que además de las consequencias de me declaración de culpable establecidas en la forma de renuncia a los derechos y declaración de culpable, forma cual yo llené, mi licencia será suspendida por un año como resultado de me convicción y entiendo que debo de entregar mi licencia a la corte. Entiendo que si no tengo licencia válida de manejar cuando sea convicto, la corte ordenará al Departamento de Vehículos Motorizados que demore la otorgación de la licencia de manejar por un año después de que califique para sacarla. Si no tengo otra convicción por alguna ofensa especificada arriba mediante un período de 12 meses después de esta convicción, podré solicitar a que la corte modifique la orden demorando la otorgación de la licencia de manejar. Entiendo que por cada ofensa sucesiva como se indica arriba, la corte suspenderá mi licencia, o demorará la otorgación de la licencia por un año adicional. Entiendo que puedo solicitar a que la corte limíte mi licencia pasado en una necisidad crítica para manejar. Entiendo la información acerca de estas consequencias de mi declaración de culpable. Entiendo que si tengo preguntas, podre preguntarle a mi licenciado o al juez.
