On March 28, 2005, the Court issued an Opinion and Order granting in part and denying in part the parties' cross-motions for summary judgment and instructing the parties to contact chambers to schedule a status conference. After discussion with the parties, the Court ORDERS that the parties shall appear for a telephonic status conference on Thursday, April 7, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. eastern time. The purpose of the status conference is to determine the course of further proceedings in this case. The Court will initiate the call.
