DANIEL William Sablan requests in his Motions to Strike Incidents Listed by the Government in Support of Its Nonstatutory Aggravating Factor of Future Dangerousness that the Government be required to produce the documentary evidence and written proffers of witness testimony upon which it intends to rely. Rudy Sablan also makes such a request in his Motion in Limine Regarding Convictions and Incidents Alleged in Support of Non-Statutory Aggravating Factor of Future Dangerousness. Both Defendants request that such evidence be produced prior to the hearing on the Phase III motions set to commence May 15, 2006. These requests will be heard at the status conference set April 11, 2006, at 2:00 p.m. Also, the parties shall meet and confer prior to the status conference and be prepared to tell the Court how much time is actually needed for the hearing and the proposed order in which motions should be heard.
