Laura E. Schwartz, as counsel for Plaintiff Apartment Investment And Management Company ("AIMCO"), pursuant to D.C.COLO.LCivR 83.3D, hereby moves this Court for an Order allowing her to withdraw as counsel of record. As grounds, counsel states as follows: 1. Plaintiff in this case has been represented by Thomas L. Roberts and

Laura E. Schwartz of the law firm of Roberts, Levin & Patterson, PC, as well as counsel from the law firm of Bartlit Beck Herman Palenchar & Scott, including Jeffrey A. Hall, Karma Giulianelli, Lester Houtz, and Elizabeth Thompson.

Laura E. Schwartz was formerly associated with Roberts, Levin &

Patterson, P.C. but is now a partner at King & Greisen, LLP, which does not represent AIMCO. 2. AIMCO will continue to be represented by Thomas L. Roberts of the law

firm of Roberts, Levin & Patterson, PC and its attorneys with Bartlit Beck Herman Palenchar & Scott. 3. Those attorneys will retain responsibility for assisting AIMCO in

complying with all court orders, time limitations and any pending obligations under the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and all local rules of the United States District Court, District of Colorado.
