ORDER GRANTING EXTENSION OF TIME

The Court has reviewed the Motion for Extension of Time to Issue Final Determination Notices and to File Status Report (doc. #161) filed by the Receiver on June 8, 2007, and, being advised in the premises, finds that the extension of time requested by the Receiver is reasonable and appropriate under the circumstances. IT IS ORDERED that the period of time for the Receiver to issue all Final Determination Notices to claimants shall be extended until June 29, 2007, and the period of time for the Receiver to file the status report required pursuant to Paragraph 54 of the Receiver's Unopposed Motion to Establish Procedures and Deadline for Filing Claims, to Approve Manner of Notice to Potential Claimants, and to Establish Claims Review
