MOTION TO WITHDRAW AS STUDENT ATTORNEY FOR PLAINTIFF

Julie Schmidt hereby respectfully moves to withdraw as a student attorney for Plaintiff Greg Feldman and states as follows: 1. I am a third-year law student at the University of Denver Sturm College of

Law, and I was enrolled in the STUDENT LAW OFFICE for the Fall 2005 semester. 2. On July 26, 2005, the STUDENT LAW OFFICE entered an appearance on

behalf of Plaintiff Greg Feldman, and I entered an appearance as a student attorney on Plaintiff's behalf on October 4, 2005. 3. On January 25, 2006, I withdrew from the STUDENT LAW OFFICE and

thus no longer represent the Plaintiff in this case. 4. Plaintiff Greg Feldman consents to my withdrawal from this matter.

Since Mr. Feldman continues to be represented by the STUDENT LAW
