THIS MATTER having come before the Court on the Unopposed Motion to Re-schedule Settlement Conference filed by Defendants Jobson Publishing L.L.C. and Postgraduate Institute for Medicine, Inc., and the Court having reviewed the motion and being fully advised in the premises, ORDERS THAT the motion is GRANTED. The settlement conference set for February 13, 2006 at 1:30 p.m. is re-set for March 8, 2006 at 3:00 p.m. Each party shall submit a Confidential Settlement Statement to the Magistrate Judge on or before ________________, 2006 outlining the facts and issues in the case and the party's settlement position.
