Pursuant to Rule 41(a)(1) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Plaintiff, Qwest Corporation ("Qwest") and Defendants AT&T Corp. et al. (collectively "AT&T"), by and through their undersigned counsel, hereby stipulate to the dismissal of the above-captioned action as follows: All of Qwest's Claims for Relief against AT&T are dismissed with prejudice. AT&T's First and Second Counterclaims are dismissed with prejudice. AT&T's Third, Fourth, Fifth and Sixth Counterclaims are dismissed without prejudice.
