REGARDING FURTHER EXTENSION OF BRIEFING SCHEDULE
WHEREAS, the Court has entered an order setting a briefing schedule for the above-
eaptioned banlcruptcy appeal (the "SclieduEing Order," Docket No, 8);
WHEREAS, on February 7, 2006, the Appellant and Appellees agreed to a briefing
schedule different from the Scheduling Order (the "Stipuleted Scheduling Order," Docket No. 9);
WHEREAS, on March 13, 2006, the Appellant and Appellees agreed te further extend
the briefing schedule set forth in the Stipulated Scheduling Order (the "Second Stipulated
Scheduling Ol`Ll€1`,” Docket N0. 10);

WHEREAS, on March 27, 2006, the Appellant and Appellees agreed to further extend
the briefing schedule set forth in the Second Stipulateci Scheduling Order (the "Third Stipulated
Scheduling Order," Docket No, l I);
WHEREAS, the Appellant and Appellees are working toward a consensual resolution of
this matter and have agreed to further extend the briefing schedule set forth in the Third
Stipuiated Scheduling Order;
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed that the following brieling
schedule shall be established:
Appellanfs Opening Brief on appeal shall be tiled on or before l\/lay 30, 2006;
Appellees Answering Brief on appeal shall be filed on or before June 29, 2006;
Appellant’s Reply Brief on appeal shall be tiled on or before July ll, 2006,
