ORDER OF FORFEITURE ______________________________________________________________________________ The matter is before the Court on the Government's Motion Pursuant to Fed. R. Crim. P. 32.2(b) for an Order Setting Forth Money Judgments [# __], in the form of in personam money judgments against the following defendants in the following amounts: Norman Schmidt - $55,841,066.19; George Alan Weed - $27,193,288.01; Charles Lewis - $33,104,225.64; Michael Smith - $24,960,077.21. The Court finds, pursuant to Rule 32.2(b)(1) of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure, that the amounts above constitute proceeds of the conspiracy and fraud offenses and property involved in the money laundering offenses set forth in the Second Superseding Indictment [# 526] of which the defendants were convicted at trial. THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED, pursuant to Rule 32.2(b)(1), that following defendants shall forfeit to the United States

the following sums of money pursuant to Title 28, United States Code, Section 2461(c), and Title 18, United States Code, Sections 981(a)(1)(A) & (C), 1956(c)(7), and 1961(1)(B) & (D): Norman Schmidt - $55,841,066.19; George Alan Weed $27,193,288.01; Charles Lewis - $33,104,225.64; Michael Smith - $24,960,077.21; and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that in accordance with Rule 32.2(b)(3), absent further order, this Order of Forfeiture shall become final as to the defendants at the time of sentencing, and shall be made part of the sentence and included in their judgments; and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Court shall retain jurisdiction in the case for the purpose of enforcing this Order; and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court shall deliver a copy of this Order to the United States Marshal and to counsel for the parties.
