There being no objections to the U.S. Probation Department's request to continue the sentencing [#1325], filed July 13, 2007, the request is GRANTED. The sentencing hearing set for August 31, 2007, at 2:30 p.m. for defendant Norman Schmidt, and the sentencing hearing set for September 7, 2007, at 2:30 p.m. for defendant Michael Smith are VACATED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the court shall conduct a telephonic setting conference on July 31, 2007, at 10:00 a.m. in order to reset the sentencing hearings for these two defendants. Counsel for the government shall arrange, initiate, and coordinate the conference call necessary to facilitate the setting conference. Dated: July 23, 2007
