The Parties, by an through their respective counsel, submit their Joint Status Report as follows: 1. The parties have exchanged written discovery requests and are in the process of

reviewing each other's responses, which Plaintiffs and Defendants received on April 18, 2007 and April 24, 2007, respectively. 2. 3. The Parties are scheduled to participate in mediation on June 1, 2007. Plaintiffs have appealed the athlete claims to the Tenth Circuit. The opening brief

is due on May 2, 2007.
