TELEPHONIC STATUS CONFERENCE Court in session: Court calls case. Appearances of counsel. Discussion regarding the status of the case, depositions and other supplemental discovery needed, length of trial, and filing of further dispositive motions. Counsel are directed to abide by the obligation to supplement the Rule 26 disclosures and written discovery responses. ORDERED: 1. Defendants are granted leave to file a Motion for Leave to File Additional Dispositive Motions and the proposed dispostive motion on or before March 13, 2006. Plaintiff shall have until March 20, 2006, to file a response to the Motion for Leave and the substance of the motion. Any reply to the response shall be filed on or before March 27, 2006. A four-day jury trial is set for August 14, 2006. The Court will conduct a Trial Preparation Conference on August 3, 2006, at 9:00 a.m. 9:20 a.m.
