This matter came before the Court on December 16, 2003 on motion by Plaintiff Ricoh Company, Ltd. ("Ricoh") seeking an order compelling Synopsys, Inc. ("Synopsys") to produce documents pursuant to the subpoena served on Synopsys. After consideration of the papers filed in support of the motion, any papers filed in opposition, and any oral argument of counsel, the Court finds that: IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that Plaintiff Ricoh's Motion To Compel Production of Documents From Synopsys is GRANTED. Further, Synopsys shall produce all documents to Ricoh no later than ten days from the entry of this order.
