15 The United States of America, through its undersigned attorney, and James Riley, 1
16 defendant in the above-captioned case, hereby stipulate and agree as follows:
17 1. A Judgment was entered by this court on September 25, 2001, against the defendant
1 S in the total amount of $2,712.00, plus interest at 2.4% per annum, until paid in full.
19 2. To ensure payment of this debt, the defendant, James Riley, social security number
I 20 xxx-xx—49 52, consents to a wage assignment through his employer, Orowheat, located at 480
21 S. Vail Ave., Montebello, Califomia, 90640. The defendant agrees to assign $25.00 of his
_ . 22 non-exempt eamings per pay period from employment at said employer to repay this debt.
23 3. The wage assignment payments shall be paid to the Clerk, U.S. District Court, as
24 follows: $25.00 of his non-exempt eamings per pay period will be withheld, starting with the
25 pay period in which employer, Orowheat receives the Order for Wage Assignment, and
26 forwarded to the Clerk, U.S. District Court, continuing each and every pay period, until the

1 balance is paid in full. The United States may conduct periodic reviews to determine if the
2 payments may be adjusted based on a completed Financial Statement from the defendant.
. 3 4. All checks are to be made payable to the Clerk, U.S. District Court, and mailed to
4 U.S. Courthouse, 401 W. Washington St., Suite 130, SPC 1, Phoenix, Arizona, 85003, unless
5 notified otherwise. Employer must indicate defendant’s name and court docket number with
6 each payment.
7 5. Defendant James Riley, employer Orowheat, and anyone else who received notice
p 8 of this Assignment, shall contemporaneously advise the United States of any change in the
9 defendant’s employment status.
10 6. An Order may be entered to embody the terms of this stipulation.
