COMES NOW Defendant-Movant, L. C. Cohen, pro se (Movant), pursuant
the Fifth and Sixth Amendments to the U.S. Constitution, FRCrP, FRCVP,
Rules Governing §2255 Proceedings, and 28 U.S.C.A. §2255, with his
Renewed Motion for Additional Time to File Reply to Amended Response.
Movant still has not received his property of legal materials and
personal items (clothing, shoes, prescription eyeglasses, watch, etc.).
CCA-CADC, which threatened to destroy it, refuses to tell him what has
happened to it, as does his BOP counsellor after talking with CCA-CADC.
WHEREFORE, the Movant moves this Honorable Court for an Order
granting him additional time to file his Reply, sanctions previously
requested, and such other relief as this Honorable Court deems justified.
