17 I for Entry of Default Judgment as to defendant Eduardo Santillana as follows: I
18 I IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that plaintiff DIRECTV, Inc. is awarded judgment on
19 its claims against defendant asfollows: I I
20 (1) I Plaintiff is awarded a money judgment against defendant in the principal
21 sum of $1,000.00 on plaintiffs first cause of action. `
22 (2) Plaintiffs second cause of action is dismissed with prejudice as to
23 defendant.
24 _ (3) Plaintiff is awarded judgment against defendant as to plaintiffs third cause
25 I of action and shall immediately surrender to counsel for DIRECTV all unauthorized

1 devices used for the unauthorized interception of DIRECTV’s satellite programming.
{ i E Plaintiff is awarded no monetary relief as to its third cause of action against defendant.
3 L (4] Plaintiffs fourth cause of action against defendant is dismissed with
4 j prejudice. Accordingly, this case is now decided as to all claims and all parties;
5 (5) Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1961, plaintiff is awarded post-judgment interest at
6 i the rate of per annum from date of the entry of judgment until the judgment is
7 satisfied.
8 (61 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiff is the prevailing party in this -
9 matter and is awarded in attorneys’ fees and costs against defendant
10 related to the prosecution of this action against defendants.
