Final judgment having been entered, Defendants filed a Bill of Costs on October 10, 2006, seeking the taxation of $3,736.03. The matter has been reviewed and costs have been awarded as follows. 1. Court Reporter Costs - Pursuant to Local Rule LRCiv 54.1(e)(3), of the $3,575.15 claimed, only $2,341.20 is allowed. (No Reporter Attendance, ASCII, Condensed Transcript, Index, ETranscript or Conference Room allowed.) 2. Printing Costs - Pursuant to Local Rule LRCiv 54.1(e)(5), the $112.00 is denied. 3. Witness Fees - The $48.88 claimed is allowed.

It is therefore ordered that $2,390.08 be taxed by the clerk and made part of the judgment.
