Pursuant to this Court's January 18, 2006 order, plaintiffs hereby submit this Bill of Costs in the amount equal to the costs, expenses, and attorneys' fees reasonably incurred in pursuing defendant Greg Hancock's and counsel Robert Frisbee's compliance with this Court's previous dismissal order. Attached as Exhibit A hereto in support of this Bill of Costs is a summary of the costs, expenses, and attorneys' fees incurred. As of January 27, 2006, plaintiffs have been forced to spend $15,799.00 due to Mr. Hancock's and Mr. Frisbee's failure to comply with this Court's dismissal order.
