IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Jury hereby finds in favor of Plaintiff Monica Ortega-Guerin against Defendant City of Phoenix on the following: Plaintiff's claim of discrimination based on sexual harassment under Title VII and do assess Plaintiff nominal or compensatory damages in the sum of $850,000.00 which shall be reduced to $300,000.00 pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1981a(b)(3). In favor of Plaintiff and against Defendant Frank Favela on Plaintiff's claim and do award nominal or compensatory damages in the amount of $1.00 and do further award punitive damages in the amount of $35,000.00, not $350,000.00. In favor of Plaintiff against Defendant Frank Peralta on Plaintiff's claim and do award nominal or compensatory damages in the amount of $1.00 and do further award punitive damages in the amount of $25,000.00.
