18 Defendant F avela respectfully submits this Reply in support of his Motion to
19 Confonn/Correct the Judgment. A review of the Plaintiff` s Response confirms that there is
20 no legal basis upon which to deny the instant Motion to Conform/Correct the Judgment.

This C0u11’s Minutes, evidenced by a docket entry on the date of the Jury Verdict, indicate
22
23 that the Jury’s punitive damage award against the Defendant Favela was in the amount of
24 $35,000. This Court has sealed the actual forms of verdict, and, thus, in order to contirm the
25 appropriateness of this Motion to Conform and Correct the punitive damage Judgment
26
against Mr. Favela, the Court should unseal the form of verdict relating to Mr. Favela and
27

1 allow determination of the appropriateness of this motion. lf this Court deems it appropriate,
2 it can issue an Order permitting counsel for Favela to review the jury verdict form upon
3
4 unsealing it for purposes of review.
5 For all the foregoing reasons, Defendant Favela respectfully requests that this Motion
6 he granted and that the Judgment against him he conformed from $350,000 to $35,000.
