IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that pursuant to the Court's order filed April 27, 2006, judgment is entered in favor of plaintiff and against defendants Oasis Investments, L.P. and Richard M. Knapp in the amount of $126,892.32 on Counts I and II of Best Western's Complaint. Best Western is awarded $6,446.65 in attorneys' fees and non-taxable expenses.
