BACKGROUND

20 The Petitioner was convicted in this Court for violation
21 of Title 8 U.S.C. §1326{b)(2), subsecuently the Petitioner
22 filed a Motion Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §2255.
23 Recently the Petitioner has received Information from this
· Zh Court were he was Notified that the Government had conceided
25 to reject one of the Petitioner‘s prior Deportations. Thereby,
26 the Honorable Judge Earl H.C€arrolleappomntedCOounselffortthe
27 Petitioner, to wit, Mr. Patrick McGil1icuddy and set a Hearing
28 date for August 17th, 2006.

I Insofar and up until t0day's date the Petitioner has not had
2 any type of communication with his Attorney of Record, due to
3 the fact that the Petitioner does not have nor does he know the
¢ address of said Attorney, thereby the Petitioner respectfully
5 request for an Order of the Honorable Judge+Earl H. Carroll to
!` 6 authorize the Petitioner to receive the address and or phone
l 7 number of said Attorney and or hereby Petitions this Court for
x, 8 an Order requesting that the Attorney of Record for the-E
9 Petitioner stablishes communication with the Petitioner forwith
IU and without further delay. .
ll Therefore the Petitioner prays that the Honorable Judge
12 of this Court grants his request for Information and allows
13 the Petitioner to receive the address and or phone number of
I4 his Attorney of Record, and also issues an Order for said
I5 Attorney to stablish some sort of Attorney/Client communicatio
