The Court accepts the plea agreement. IT IS ORDERED judgment of conviction will not be entered this date based on the Court's acceptance of the plea agreement. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED sentencing is deferred for twenty-four (24) months. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED setting Sentencing on April 7, 2008, at 4:00 p.m. During the period of deferred sentencing the Court, for good cause shown, may revoke or modify the terms of the plea agreement or, on a willful violation of the conditions of the plea agreement, sentence the Defendant on Count 1 of the Information. If the Defendant complies with the conditions of the plea agreement, he will be allowed to withdraw his plea of guilty to Count 1 of the Information and the United States will move to dismiss the Indictment and the Information. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED as follows: 1) the Defendant is to submit to and follow a program of supervision as directed by the United States Pretrial Services Office; 2) violate no law, federal, state or local. If arrested, immediately contact the United States Pretrial Services Office; 3) attend full-time school or work regularly at a lawful occupation; 4) report to the United States Pretrial Services Office as directed; 5) follow all instructions and orders from the United States Pretrial Services Office; and 6) no consumption of alcohol or alcoholic beverages.
