15 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED defendant’s Motion to Continue Sentencing is GRANTED.
16 This Court specifically fmds that the ends of justice served by granting a continuance
17 outweigh the best interest of the public and the defendant in a speedy hearing. This finding is
18 based upon the Court’s conclusion that the failure to grant such a continuance would deny the
