17 Judgments were entered by the United States District Court, District of Nevada in favor of
18 Defendants/Judgment Creditors and against Plaintitl/Judgment Debtor on September 4, 1998 in the
19
amount of $1,413.63 and on September 28, 1998 in the amount of $28,470.00, with interest at the
20
21 statutory rate of 2% over the prime rate pursuant to N.R.S. 17.130, until paid in full, plus all costs
22 accrued after that date. Said Judgment has not been paid in full or suspended by a supersedeas bond
23 and has not become dormant. Defendants/Judgment Creditors desire to obtain information to aid in
24 the enforcement ofsaid Judgment.
25 WHEREFORE, Defendants/Judgment Creditors respectfully move this Court for an Order
26
requiring Plaintit17Judgment Debtor David Menken to appear before the United States District Court
