In an effort resolve any pending discovery matters, I request that you forward to me any letters that you have sent
to Mr. Weissberg outlining outstanding discovery owed by the Rilwala Group defendants to your client. In
addition, I have requested the "Babo Patel vendor payment materiaIs" that were previously promised to you and
hope to have them by early next week. On Monday, I'd like to schedule a time for a representative from the
Rilwala Group to go out and review the documents in your offices later on that week. Finally, I would like to notice
up the deposition for Charles Randazzo for Monday, September 12, 2005 and Tuesday, September 13, 2005 at
your offices in San Diego. Please confirm his availability on those days.
